Tray made of thinly sliced wood "Tsukiita".
White Sycamore is a wood characterized by its grain and vertical intersecting luster pattern (shrinkage).
By laminating the wood radially from the center, a beautiful pattern appears, similar to the ripples that spread when a drop of water falls on the surface of the water.
In addition, wood has the characteristic of appearing different colors depending on the angle of light and the direction from which it is viewed. Taking advantage of this feature, the veneers are cut into triangles and pasted together from the center, creating the appearance of rays of light emanating from the center of the piece.
The rectangular tray can be used at the table with tableware on it, or as an interior item by combining it with plants.
