Cancel Policy
You may cancel an active order within 48 hours after the order is placed if the order hasn't been shipped. We will issue a full refund minus the payment processing fee.
Any cancellation request after 48 hours will result in a 10% restocking fee regardless of the order status. You may return an item within 14 days after the package is delivered
- We will handle the return with a full refund if the return was due to the error of our end (defect, damage, etc)
- Any returned item due to a wrong address or unpaid custom duties (for international buyers), we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost plus 10% restocking fee.
- Any returned item with an unopened package will result in a 10% restocking fee, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost.
- Any returned item with an opened package will result in a 20% restocking fee, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost.
- Any returned item with missing or damaged parts and package will result in a value deduction based on the condition that the item is received or the return might be rejected
- We are not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address that's received for the order
- No Return or Exchange for any Clearance items
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days after we receive your return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
